| Rates depend on what country you are calling from and what country you are calling to. Rates are billed in 1 minute increments with no minimum call duration. Visit the Rate Center for more info! |

| No! IsCard has no connection fees, no maintenance fees, no monthly fees, and no hidden fees of any kind! There are no setup fees or taxes that will diminish your minutes! |
| However, an FCC mandated surcharge of 79 cents may be added to calls placed from a payphone in the United States. |

| What is IsCard's Refund Policy? |

| With IsCard, your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. IsCard will refund the unused portion of your prepaid balance for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, less a $5.00 processing fee to cover our costs of opening the account and processing the refund. The processing fee shall be waived if the issue is due to IsCard's error. |

| What is the difference between Toll Free and Local Access Numbers? |

| Toll Free Access Numbers do not carry a toll charge when calling from a standard landline phone. However some hotels may charge a nominal fee for connecting these calls. |
| Local Access Numbers carry local toll charges to dial the number from the designated city. Check with the phone company or hotel operator for details on these charges. |

| How long does it take to get my PIN? |

| All transactions are processed within one business day. Generally however, applications are processed within 2-3 business hours. |

| Can I use IsCard from payphones? |

| Within the US, you can use IsCard from any payphone however, there will be a 79 cents FCC mandated surcharge per call. |
| Outside the US, though we make every effort to have payphone accessibility from every country, some payphone operators do block access to tollfree numbers and/or calling cards from their payphones. Therefore, we cannot guarantee service from payphones outside the US. There is no surcharge for calls from payphones outside the US. |

| Does my balance ever expire? |

| IsCard reserves the right to deactivate your account if you do not make a call or a payment for 365 consecutive days. As long as you continue using your account at least once a year, your balance will never expire. |

| Yes, you can! You can now purchase multiple PINs and control them under one parent account. We have two different types of plans: Family Plan or Corporate Plan. |
