| How do I make a call? |

| There are 3 steps to making a call: |
1. Enter the Access number: Login & view your Access Numbers! |
2. Enter your PIN and then "#" sign: Your PIN is the same as your account number you use to login. |
3. Enter the number you wish to call and then "#" sign: When dialing a number in the US or Canada, begin with "1" and then the area code. Other countries, begin with "011" and then the city code and number. |

| Where can I see the Global Access Numbers? |

| In order to protect the integrity of our network, we only allow customers access to the Global Access Numbers. If you are a customer, login to your account and you will see an option on your main menu to view the access numbers. |

| How can I make calling easier? |

| There are two ways to make dialing easier and save you loads of time: |
| 1. IsCard Direct: Register your phone number so that once you dial an Access Number from that phone, you will not have to enter your PIN. You will skip step 2 (above), and be prompted for the number you wish to call. |
| 2. Speed Dialing: You can store up to 9 destination numbers. When you get up to step 3 (above), instead of entering a long overseas number, you can simply enter a 3-digit Speed Dial code you set. |

| How do I make a new call without hanging up? |

| To make a new call without having to hang-up and re-dial the Toll-Free Access Number and your PIN, simply hold down the "#" for 3 seconds when you are done with your conversation. |
| However, an FCC mandated surcharge of 79 cents may be added to calls placed from a payphone in the United States. |

| Can two people use one PIN at the same time? |

If you have a single IsCard account, two people can not use the same PIN at the same time. However, we do have a Family and Corporate Plan which you to control

| Why am I repeatedly being prompted to enter the number I wish to call? |

| If the number you are calling is busy, you will not hear a busy tone. Instead, the system resets itself and asks you enter the number again. If you know the number you are calling is not busy, please email us the number you are entering and we will investigate immediately. |

| Can I use IsCard to dial Toll-Free numbers? |

| Yes! You can now use ISCard to dial toll free numbers from overseas. Standard rates to the US - 48 States will apply. |

| Why do I get a busy signal when I dial my Toll Free Access Number? |

Our advanced fraud detection system block temporarily callers which enter a PIN 3 times unsuccessfully in an effort to prevent unauthorized access to our system.
If you believe this feature mistakenly blocked you, we have created a tool to remove yourself from our list of blocked numbers. Remember, this tool is only available to customers who have a sufficient balance to make calls.
Login to your account and select the link on the Main Menu page. |
