| How do I notify my family on how to use the service? |

| A great way to reduce confusion is to have us email your family member their PIN number and how to go about using the service. |
| Use the "Setup" utility to view a listing of your PINs. Select a specific PIN, and check the box to send the information to a family member. We will email the PIN, password (unique to that PIN), and instructions on how to use the service! |

| Can each PIN login to the website? |

| Yes they can. Your family members can login to view their own calls, and control their own Speed Dial and PIN-FREE dialing numbers. However, they do not have the power to see any other information about your Family Plan. Only the parent, or administrative account can see the balance and make payments. |
