| IsCard Direct is a feature included in your IsCard account. With IsCard Direct you can pre-subscribe up to 5 telephone numbers which you call from, so that you will not have to enter a PIN when calling from those telephone numbers! |

| How do I use the Speed Dial codes I set? |

| Dial the toll free access number and enter your PIN as usual. When prompted for the destination number, just enter the Speed Dial entry code (that you stored) for that number. Then hit the "#" key. |

| What is the Refer-A-Friend program? |

| Refer-A-Friend program is a way you can earn free bonuses to your account when you tell people about our service! |
| Login to your account, and click on the Refer a Friend menu option. You can email your friend or relative a message describing our service,
containing a special link they can click on to signup that will automatically give you credit. Or if you like, you can simply tell them to come to our site, and
enter your "refer code" on the sign up form. |

| The AutoPay feature only generates payments for your account but will not automatically add the funds to your account. Please allow one business day (at most) for your payment to be processed. |
| Tip: To avoid a gap in service, login to your account and raise the minimum balance level. This way, a payment will get generated sooner, and you are less likely to use up your balance by the time we process the payment. |
