| When you sell a ticket to client, simply tell the client about our service and if interested, include our calling card with his documents. When your client activates our card on IsCard.com or by our toll free number, we will pay you up to $10 in commission for each client that signs up! |

| When are commissions paid? |

| Commissions are paid monthly by 30th day of the month for the prior calendar month's transactions. Minimum of $25 in commissions must accrue in a calendar month or unpaid commissions will be rolled over to the following month(s) until $25 in commissions are owed. |

| How does IsCard know when one of my customers activates a card? |

| Every travel agent is assigned a unique group of PIN's when the order is placed. No other travel agent can be assigned this group. When one of the PINs of the travel agent is activated, the transaction will appear in real time on the travel agent's secured login page. |
